Following a short walk around the gardens we then headed to The Scallop Shell.
Wanting to order absolutely everything and stuck for choice, the incredibly helpful chefs behind the fish counter were more than happy to help explain the seafood selection on offer.
We settled on: oysters, clams, and scallops for starters - the scallops were aaaaamazing! We took the chef's advice and shared mains of battered pollock and grilled plaice.
Yep, just let that glorious sight soak in for a second.
Safe to say that I was a very happy (and very stuffed!) clam.
